Seeking to maintain a trajectory of growth, an exciting opportunity has come available for a self motivated and experienced individual to join our Sydney team.
Your role will consist of negotiating and closing new businesses deals by progressing opportunities through the pipeline to close and also utilising existing contacts and networks to uncover further opportunities.
Tasks:
- Build a network of relevant contacts.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of $25m+.
- Face to face meetings with prospective clients (KPI).
- Proposal presentations (KPI)
- Formulate presentation material.
- Liaise with design team.
- Assist with estimating/quoting projects.
- Strategic follow up.
- Negotiation and closing (KPI).
Requirements:
- Industry experience.
- Time management skills.
- Proficient using CRM and business software.
- Self-motivated.
- Proven sales record.

Due to the success of our team with recent project wins, we are looking for a self-motivated Interior Designer to join our busy design team.
This position would best suit a hands-on creative designer with good technical knowledge and experience in delivering projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concept plans and look and feel options
- Design development and documentation
- Assist in FF&E documentation
- Undertake site surveys
- Assist in updating the interiors library and liaising with suppliers
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and abilities:
- A formal qualification in interior design
- 4-5 years interior design industry experience
- Commercial D &C project experience essential
- Proficiency using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Indesign. Experience using Revit, Enscape or Lumion rendering advantageous
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels to internal and external clients
- Willingness to assist and support others as required and work well within a team
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- A reasonable understanding of Australian Standards and BCA
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
